BOOKING PROCEDURE
An initial booking deposit of £500.00 is payable to reserve the site. This is a refundable deposit until exchange of contracts and will form part payment of your new home. This deposit will hold the property in your name for SIX weeks, during which time you will be asked to sign an unconditional contract and pay a 10% deposit followed by 4 stage payments. If this contract with deposit is not forthcoming within this six week period, Joyce Estate Agents may, at their discretion, put the site back on the market. N.B.
